Maniac raises UTG to $7 everybody passes to me on the button. I have pocket 10s. I decided to pass, figured that I was going to have to put $30 to see the end. I was probably a marginal favorite at best. What do you think?

Reraise, find out where he is at and adjust to what happens on the flop.

Definitely re raise.

TT has an PF equity advantage against his range so you want money going in before the flop.

Remember though dont get stuck to your hand. If post flop it is clear you are beat let it go. There will be plenty of opportunities to get his stack.
