Pokerstars has been quite successful in their business plan both pre/post UIGEA. As such, why do you think they have been reluctant to offer these games? Your e-mail campaign has thus far been unsuccessful. I imagine they respond to you, is it in vague niceties or do they offer concrete reasons for their refusal? Once you know the reasons(or surmise them), you may just attempt to be an advocate from a bottom line perspective. Stars has excellent support, these kind of e-mails, if well written, may very well get a read. Could you share with us here at Stoxpoker why you believe Stars is reluctant to offer these games? Thanks.

Well, I'm not really expecting anything to happen at this point. But it only takes about 5 minutes to write an e-mail and share it on stoxpoker and 2+2 and if Stars does open these games it would have a big impact on my hourly earn, so I'm basically freerolling them :p

I'm all for you increasing your earn Bryce :p , however as my game improves I have selfish reasons for HU games on Stars, where all my play will be for the foreseeable future. Having been on your own personal HU game jihad, I thought you would have some insight into the pros and cons of Stars offering these games, rather than myself and others having to do the due diligence. If not, that's fine of course, my thoughts are perhaps there are more effective ways of persuasion than hitting the send button on a cut and paste email for month after month.

Well, I'd have to say that overall having HU LHE games would probably be a small detriment to those that don't play them, but HU can be a really profitable format. For those that want to learn, the ones who have a stoxpoker subscription are definately going to have a one-up on the rest of the field :p

There is a thread on 2+2(internet section:Pokerstars HU reminder please) in which Paul Overton, of the Pokerstars management team, posts that they plan on introducing some heads-up ring games shortly. They will range from $.50/$1.00 to $10/$20 limit and no limit, so this is some good news, although not nose bleed levels at least a start.

That's a good start!
