I'm one of the new guys here but decided to start this thread for two main reasons:
1) This is such a great idea and I'll be counting down the days till we get to play. Not so much for the prizes but the fact that I actually get to play against some of the great talent on this site. I think when it comes down to MTT's lately I've been holdin my own, it'll be fun to test myself in this one.
2) Stox, LA, TheBryce, etc.. always talk about how they hope everyone could be more active in these forums. Frankly, I still consider myself a beginner in the online poker world, so it just doesn't feel right yet to be answering questions from other members but I will def. ask some of my own questions from time to time. Lets just say this is one step for me in being "active" in these forums :D
Now on to the questions:
1) Who will be participating in this event?
2) This might be a dumb question but just wondering... Stox, LA, TheBryce you guys gonna be playing in this? (obv. you guys don't need the prizes but it would be cool to play against you guys without having to buyin for gazillions of dollars in cash games haha)(bounty maybe???)

I have already registered for the freeroll and Stox and TheBryce have as well. It should be a lot of fun.
I look forward to hearing from ya more in the forums.

blogger bounties definitely works. how does 2 months free sub sound? or a free sign-up for non-premium members.

gentlemen. Be prepared to get smashed;) See yall there
awesome idea, will try to be there ;)
btw is there any deal to consider when joining to pokerstars, or I can simply register through their site as there is almost no bonus offer/rakeback (may be interesting later for me).

Sounds like a "Birdie", although a 1hour training session by the bountied to the hunter would be a "Eagle".

Hell, I would take 30 minutes. Here's my sales pitch.
Although a 30 - 60 minute training session would kill your hourly rate in the short term it could be +EV in the long term. If your trainee actually improves and makes it to the higher stakes game he's going to mention StoxPoker.com. I can see the money falling out of Stox's, LA's and TheBryce's pockets from this free publicity.
