Expert play or spewy? Important to note flop is monotoned. I cannot learn much by my opponents flop call in that he could be peeling with any heart, 4, 9, A; however, will a good player really not raise the turn with an A or Q here? If flop was not monotoned, his line makes it so it would be very believeable that he has a Q. In this case, i feel my opponent is raising air here pretty often and im putting in $800 to win $3200, considering his range i think my play works here 1/5. Thoughts?

Expert play by you imho.

I wouldnt put him on an A or Q, because, like you said, a good player will raise the turn. But he didnt, so he probably missed a value-raise and failed to protect his hand against a 4th heart on the river.

..and you are getting really nice odds to your rebluff.

I would wait to raise the river with one pair hands here and busted draws, but now sure how common this play is.
